SCL Taiwan plant was founded in 1978. We have been dedicating to serve the global market through the 40 years. To achieve the goal, SCL established the R&D center in Taiwan to innovate in technique field continuously, and also set up the automatic production center to stably supply the various cosmetic packaging to international brands.
